Decided to start putting my recent paintings on-line for family and friends to follow my painting journey. It feels a bit like wearing a bathing suit to a dinner party, but let's jump in the water and have a go at it...
I frequently paint on Saturdays at Bruce Vento Park and this is one of my favorites from last summer. My intent is to post a new painting every week.

ReplyDeleteHi Sharell-- What a great little landscape. I love the composition--I want to walk right in to it--of course, that has nothing to do with 6 inches of snow forecast for today! The trail starting on the right and angling to center, meeting with another ridge line; the larger darker group of trees on the right in a pool of warmth balanced by the two smaller and softer trees on the left; the angle of the forest horizon line. It just keeps me looking around--it is just great! Thanks for sharing, Share-ll.
